Reduced early registration fee ends March 31st, 2008. Registrations made after this date will incur a € 70.- late registration fee. Please keep your credit card ready for online payment before continuing with the registration.

Student fee: To be eligible for the student concession rate, you must be a full-time student. Please provide proof of your student status along with your registration form when picking up your conference tag. A photocopy of your student identification including full time status will be sufficient.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation received later than April 1st, 2008, will be assessed a € 100 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received later than May 1st, 2008. Substitutes are accepted at any time.

ONLINE PAYMENT
Both available online registration methods include a mandatory online payment using credit cards. Accepted credit cards are VISA and MasterCard.

   

There are two online registration methods for BTMCS2008 available:

1. A registration for participants who wish to submit an abstract to present at the meeting. Please prepare an abstract in plaintext or HTML format for this registration method.
