For participants who require housing, a block of rooms have been reserved at The Imperial Riding School Hotel for a reduced daily rate of € 139.
To make a reservation, please go to "hotel reservation" or contact the hotel at 43 1 71175 0 and indicate that you are with the “BTMCS” group to receive the preferred group rate of € 139 (excluding taxes) per night.
Housing reservations should be made by April 1st, 2008. Thereafter, hotel accommodations and preferred group rates will be subject to availability. Room cancellations must be made, in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy.

Registration
Please Register online. Registrations will be confirmed by e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation within two weeks, email office@btmcs.org. On-site and late registration can be accepted only if space is available.

The registration fees include: Welcome Reception, all coffee breaks and full buffet lunch during conference, all bus transfers to reception and Gala Dinner, Lord Major Reception and BTMCS Gala Dinner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received later than April 1st, 2008, will be assessed a € 100 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received later than May 1st, 2008. Substitutes are accepted at any time.
